Cogitant led a technical due diligence review of a potential acquisition involving a start-up business active in the supply of biogas and with ambitious international growth plans. The review considered aspects of Operations Technology used in the biogas plants as well as the general IT landscape, and included the target business's technology suppliers. Cogitant completed an external permiter review as part of the investigation.
