Directing and contributing to a refresh of IT strategy, and leading development of strategy and plan documents
Cogitant worked with the CIO and IT leadership team to refresh the division's IT strategy and plans, developing a clear, coherent and comprehensive set of documents supporting communication with stakeholder groups including Business Unit, sector and group executives. Key tasks included:
- Proposal and agreement of development approach and document frameworks.
- Collation and analysis of strategic business and IT drivers.
- Development of IT strategic responses and themes with client team.
- Production of a series of high quality documents describing strategies and plans, tailored to specific target audiences.
